As some people will know, I am willing to provide remote support for a variety of IT related issues for friends and family.
My current preferred method of providing support is via a tool called TeamViewer, which is freely available from http://www.teamviewer.com
To enable me to provide support to you, simply click on the button below to download the TeamViewer Quick Support Tool.
Once downloaded, double click the file to run it.
In the TeamViewerQA window will be an ID and Password. Contact me with your ID and Password (and some info about your problem may also help!) and I will initiate a secure remote connection to your computer.
Once I’ve finished, simply close the TeamViewer window to shut down the connection. Simples 🙂
